About the role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department. Together with your HR Support colleagues, you will ensure smooth HR operations and deliver accurate, high-quality administrative and operational support to employees and HR partners.
Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of HR administration, including preparing contracts, processing HR data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Handle administrative processes for international employees and deliver quick, service-oriented support.

Support HR processes such as onboarding, absence management, and global mobility administration.

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries.

Prepare and maintain accurate payroll administration.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements within HR operations.

Contribute to employee engagement activities, such as organizing onboarding days and HR events.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in HR administration.

Experience or interest in global mobility and expat administration is an advantage.

Available for 32–40 hours per week.

MBO+ or bachelor-level education.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Proficient in MS Excel, AFAS, Outlook, and MS Teams.
