​Interim HR Assistant – Technical Organization

3 - 6 MONTHS, ROTTERDAM

This interim role runs for 3–6 months with the option to extend or transition into a permanent position. The assignment can be carried out on a ZZP or payroll basis, depending on your preference.

We’re looking for an Interim HR Assistant to strengthen the HR team of an innovative technical organization during an exciting phase of growth. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in HR operations and employee support, helping the organization continue to scale effectively.

Your responsibilites

  • HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administration and manage personnel changes accurately and efficiently.

  • Onboarding & Contracts: Coordinate onboarding for new employees, manage contract administration, and process any changes.

  • Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, contributing to greater efficiency and a better employee experience.
